Job Title: Career and Leadership Development Specialist

About the Role:

Ofertius is seeking a highly skilled Career and Leadership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advancement and evolution of our group portfolio of brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development: Support the development and implementation of strategies to advance and evolve our group portfolio of brands.
  2. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have a deep understanding of our brands and their respective strategies.
  3. Problem-Solving: Identify and find solutions to a variety of reactive and proactive colleague enquiries or requests to ensure our brands can adapt and provide for all markets.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze and track the performance of all car brands in the designated region/s using reporting tools such as QlikSense.
  5. Regional Sales Comparative Templates: Create regional/local sales comparative templates & benchmarking.
  6. Fighting Guides: Support the creation of internal Fighting Guides to provide guidance to sales colleagues.
  7. Presentation and Updates: Design and coordinate CBD presentations/updates for the team to give to the specified regions.

Requirements:

  1. Organizational Skills: Organized and reliable with excellent attention to detail.
  2. Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
  3. Data Analysis: Ability to extract, manipulate, and present data.
  4. Cultural Competence: Enjoys working with people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of vehicle components (desired but not essential).
  6. Education: A* C GCSEs or equivalent.
  7. Language Skills: Multi-lingual (German desired) - but not essential
