The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations and accounting activities within the organization. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide strategic financial leadership, drive business growth, and ensure financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in cash flow reporting and forecasting, and support the annual budget process.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis, and prepare monthly Group management reporting packs.
- Financial Governance: Drive improvement in SAP governance and process compliance, and manage fixed assets investment process.
- Financial Risk Management: Monitor and control overhead expenditure, and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, and support the Sales team to ensure minimum Group margin expectations are met.
- Strong Financial Skills: Strong Excel experience and knowledge, SAP experience, and strong attention to detail.
- Leadership Skills: Collaborative management style, and ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the job.
