Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.

Working Hours:

9am - 5pm

Working Pattern:

4 days in the office, 1 day remote work

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Management: Be the welcoming face of our office by managing the reception area, answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting room bookings and ensure that all rooms are well-maintained and ready for use.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance including typing, filing, and managing calendars.
  • Office Management: Assist with various office management tasks such as ordering supplies, overseeing equipment, and coordinating courier services.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives and help organize client events.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Professional demeanor with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Trustworthy with the capacity to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
