Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at SC Staff and Consult. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and play a critical role in the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our lawyers, including diary and email management, client contact, and document preparation.
- Manage the billing process with a commercial eye, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate client meeting arrangements, including travel arrangements, and ensure timely documentation is created and amended.
- Compile and process expenses, and liaise with internal support teams, including finance and marketing.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a law firm as a Legal PA/EA, at least at a junior level.
- Experience of all the above duties, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lawyers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
