Job Title: Coaching Manager

We are seeking an experienced Coaching Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Coaching Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards of our site are maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site's health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of H&S professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve health, safety, and environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure that health, safety, and environmental objectives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to all levels of the site.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a health, safety, and environmental role in a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of improving health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders.
