About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor to join our client's growing Construction department. As a Contentious Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Work closely with the non-contentious team to advise on project solutions for clients
  • Supervise more junior members of the team
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry

Requirements:

  • Associate Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE
  • Experience of real estate contentious construction matters in a leading national or regional practice
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills
  • Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
