About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the testing process.
  • Manage the efficient delivery of tests, adhering to strict procedures and guidelines.
  • Supervise and invigilate exams, maintaining the integrity and security of tests.
  • Support candidates with queries and provide clear explanations of the test process.
  • Review tests and schedules, ensuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements
