Join Our Team as a Policy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Director to support the development of our strategic direction and drive the implementation of our LWG sustainability standards.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will work closely with our Executive Director and other senior leaders to manage our strategic priorities and future direction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the management and development of our LWG Sustainability Standards
  • Supporting program and project management and technical groups and teams in the development and maintenance of our LWG Sustainability standards
  • Developing and executing a training strategy for leather manufacturers and relevant supply chain actors to support in the preparation for an LWG audit and promotion of best practices in the leather industry
  • Line management of our Standards team
