We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nurse to join our Learning Disability team in NHS Highland. As a key member of our community team, you will provide exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to adults with learning disabilities in the community
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to deliver comprehensive services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of service users
- Contribute to the development and implementation of team policies and procedures
- Participate in peer supervision and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities in a community setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Hours:
