The Complex Care Team provides support to children and their families in the home and community settings.

This role involves accompanying children and/or their families during school, hospital appointments, outings, and respite care.

The post holder will also contribute to training the complex care team and families, working under the guidance of a senior team member.

Newly qualified nurses or those with community care experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be supported in training and familiarization with the competency framework.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and nights.

Travel may be required to support the service, and access to a car is essential.
