About the Role: As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Medical High Dependency Unit
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
