We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with a student who requires additional support within the school day.
The Role:- Provide one-to-one support to a student with special educational needs (SEN)
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments to identify individual student needs
- Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
- Must hold a Psychology degree
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
