We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to work at a secondary school in the Maidstone area, supporting a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
  • Work one-to-one with a student who requires additional support during the school day
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual students' needs
  • Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Psychology degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
