We are seeking a Chief Guest Services Officer on a full-time basis . This position reports directly to the Resident Manager and is responsible for overseeing a dedicated guest services team of three individuals.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, working five days on and two days off, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Compensation: £30,000 plus service charge.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar capacity within a four- or five-star establishment, demonstrating outstanding communication and organizational abilities, a solid history of problem-solving, and proficiency in IT. We are looking for someone who is approachable, hospitable, and creative.
As a Chief Guest Services Officer , your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the guest services team to ensure that all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome, and that their needs are addressed efficiently through a consistent commitment to training, both on and off the job.
- Regularly reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance in operations.
- Overseeing the seamless execution of all concierge and lobby functions.
- Conducting regular standards audits and providing constructive feedback to the team in alignment with company standards.
- Managing the concierge team’s schedules, timesheets, payroll, and holiday requests.
- Conducting one-on-one meetings and performance appraisals for team members, ensuring timely completion.
