The Role:

  • As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager
  • Oversee the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets and ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and strive to exceed expectations
  • Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team
  • Operate within budgetary guidelines concerning Food Costs, Liquor Costs, and Payroll
  • Assist with beverage control procedures and inventory management
  • Maximize sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage
  • Support performance reviews and appraisals for team members under your supervision
  • Assess guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed and maintain positive working relationships
  • Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
