Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our guests.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Ensure that all tables are set and maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Order Taking and Execution: Take and execute orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the Food and Beverage Outlets, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Menu Knowledge and Communication: Have a good knowledge of the food and beverage menu and be able to communicate this effectively to guests, responding to their queries and requests.
Requirements
  • Passion for Hospitality: Be truly passionate about the hospitality industry and have a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent Presentation: Maintain excellent personal presentation, adhering to the company's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Food Hygiene and Safety: Have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
