We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Vice President, Relationship Management - specializing in Cash Management solutions for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI). This role is integral to our London-based NBFI team.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Strategically develop and manage existing client relationships, prioritizing revenue retention.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for client business evolution and account expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, particularly at the executive level, guiding them in achieving their strategic goals.
  • Manage significant client accounts that are complex and global in nature, requiring specialized knowledge.
  • Preferably possess experience in Cash Management.
  • Lead the implementation of firm-wide initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any escalations.
  • Consult with clients on their strategic vision and how our firm can support their objectives.
  • Promote our services and product offerings to address client needs and drive account growth.
  • Evaluate and structure deals to ensure optimal terms for both clients and the firm.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain satisfaction and alignment with our offerings.
  • Continuously assess client needs to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Share industry insights and trends that may impact client business models.
  • Recommend enhancements to products/services to meet client interests.
  • Track and report on relationship strategies and outcomes for your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to execute relationship management strategies effectively.
  • Stay informed about client account activities and serve as the ultimate escalation point for satisfaction.
  • Facilitate service review meetings and assist in client training and market information sharing.
  • Potentially identify and pursue new clients within similar industries.
  • Contribute to the development of overall relationship management strategies for the unit.
To excel in this role, we seek candidates with:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant work experience in financial services, particularly in relationship management or client services.
  • Necessary local or regional licenses or certifications as required.
