About the Mortgage Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to contractors and freelancers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process, from identifying suitable mortgage products to completing the application process.
  • Ensure that mortgages are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes and new mortgage products to provide clients with the best possible advice.
The Mortgage Advisor Package

  • Salary up to £35k depending on experience

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor
  • A solid understanding of the UK property market

  • The ability to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Appropriate professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or equivalent
