HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and the HR team.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel-related data on our HR systems.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Produce regular reports on HR activity and support the HR Officer in preparing monthly reports.
- Manage the onboarding process, including maintaining trackers, checking documentation, and creating personnel files.
- Support the HR Officer with probation review forms and documentation.
- Manage the HR ticketing service and respond to employee queries.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of HR documents and policies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven technical experience as an HR administrator or coordinator.
- Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and experience with HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Confident and credible, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
