About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Library Assistant. As a key member of our library team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality library and information service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a busy library environment
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of a diverse range of events and activities
  • Support customers in accessing online information and resources, including eBooks and newspaper apps
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a welcoming and inclusive library environment
