About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Library Officer to lead our team at Colne Library. As a key member of our library service, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the library, including supervising staff and volunteers, and delivering a high-quality library and information service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a range of library services and events
  • Develop and implement plans to improve library services and increase customer engagement
  • Work closely with other library teams and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the library service and make recommendations for improvement
