Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning, development, and execution of all field marketing endeavors across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics territories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific regions to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs, provide marketing support, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
  3. Develop and manage marketing budgets for assigned regions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  4. Provide guidance and support to regional sales teams, partners, distributors, and external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research to understand customer and partner needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in each region.
  6. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field or regional marketing roles, 5+ Years Experience Required.
  • Experience in channel environments and the IT security industry are of advantage.
  • Autonomous and structured way of working.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions as needed.
