Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will oversee the sales operations for a prominent optical frame organization. This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing outstanding client relationships within the eyewear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at broadening the client base and enhancing market presence.
  • Boosting profitability through effective product mix management and upselling techniques, supported by training and advisory services.
  • Engaging in negotiations regarding sales and incentive agreements with clients, adhering to established parameters.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting marketing initiatives to potential and existing clients.
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline and managing month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Embodying the brand values and consistently representing them in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in field sales within the optical industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
