Regional Sales Executive

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will oversee the sales operations for a prominent optical frame organization. This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing outstanding client relationships within the eyewear sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at broadening the client base and enhancing market presence.
- Boosting profitability through effective product mix management and upselling techniques, supported by training and advisory services.
- Engaging in negotiations regarding sales and incentive agreements with clients, adhering to established parameters.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting marketing initiatives to potential and existing clients.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline and managing month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Embodying the brand values and consistently representing them in all professional interactions.
