About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of the Workforce Planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Leadership Team and over 2,300 stores across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate workload forecasts for each store based on complex business data.
  • Calculate and implement salary and colleague investment plans to meet store needs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and practical retail knowledge.
