About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of the Workforce Planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Retail Leadership Team and over 2,300 stores across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model forecasted workload for each store based on complex datasets from across the business.
  • Calculate the required salary and colleague shape of investment based on the workload each store needs to deliver.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities using a combination of practical knowledge of retail environments and data.
Requirements
  • Good analytical skills, able to understand data streams and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to make complex processes simple, have a continuous improvement mindset and keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable to tight deadlines and be able to flex your workload to support the long-term projects as well as short-term ad-hoc data work.
