Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our Group Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in steering strategic and financial decisions across our complex structures and large business areas.

Your primary responsibility will be to align financial strategies with business objectives and provide a comprehensive view of our financial health. You'll work closely with cost owners to review performance against targets and guide financial planning processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the consolidation of financial results
  • Managing and delivering monthly reporting
  • Supporting financial planning activities, including forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning

You'll bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting standards, be ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll be adept at explaining financial data, providing insight, and driving actions.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with large and complex data sets, using Excel and ideally PowerBI or SQL. You'll be an expert in using Excel and have a strong analytical approach.
