About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Retail Leadership Team and over 2,300 stores across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex workforce models to forecast workload for each store based on data from across the business.
  • Calculate the required salary and colleague shape of investment based on the workload each store needs to deliver.

Requirements
