About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely payment of outstanding invoices and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit control process, including sending reminders and following up on outstanding payments
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
  • Collaborate with the business administration team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a credit control or financial administration role, preferably in a healthcare or data-driven setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and financial management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
