Position Overview

As a CRM Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting senior team members in cultivating and sustaining relationships with European financial institutions, digital investment platforms, and independent wealth managers.
  • Supporting the team in all facets of business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Engaging in prospecting and relationship-building to enhance distribution within these investor segments across the EMEA region.
  • Serving as a primary contact to deliver direct sales and service support to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinating across various business units and internal departments to ensure a seamless investor onboarding experience and exceptional client service.
  • Maintaining and enhancing databases while assisting in project management as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/CFA preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in capital markets or asset management (previous asset management experience is advantageous).
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (preferably French, Italian, or German).
  • Understanding of alternative asset classes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain a robust network of relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to engage with a sophisticated investor base.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM technology (e.g., Salesforce).
