Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Quality (HS&Q) Manager to join our team at Allen & York. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our HS&Q strategy and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HS&Q policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability throughout the organization.
- Provide training and education to employees on HS&Q policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest HS&Q trends and requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a HS&Q management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HS&Q regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
