We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Lead to join our client, a global defence company, in Bath. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the business on all aspects of EHS across 3 UK sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the company's ISO45001 safety management system
- Ensure the business meets its statutory HSE obligations, including mandatory training, reporting, and emergency arrangements
- Keep and maintain relevant HSE records
- Monthly reporting to senior leadership on EHS metrics
- Attend EHS-related conferences and working groups
- Review and update risk assessments, including work equipment, machinery, and operations
- Relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environmental field
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Desirable: H&S/HSE Diploma
- Experience in environmental waste control and reduction
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
