Job Title: General Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team at RedCat Pubs. As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting our team to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy environment, adhering to RedCat's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Support the team in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests, including serving food and drink, managing cash and stock, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives, communicating effectively and showing consideration for colleagues and other departments.
  • Be a product expert, knowledgeable about our offering and able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Manage cash and stock accurately, using EPOS systems to record customer orders and take payments.
  • Be a team player, willing to learn and develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
