Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CYPL Coordinator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing databases and electronic files, collating key information, and performing data migration and entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Setting up purchase orders, issuing receipts, and updating reports.
  • Diary Management: Booking and arranging meetings, taking notes, and ensuring actions and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administration for small projects, research tasks, reporting, and distributing confidential papers.
  • Customer Service: Acting as a first point of contact for the team via phone and email.
Requirements
  • Business Support Experience: Providing administrative support for a large organization.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using databases/CRMs and strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience with key stakeholder management.
  • Education: GCSE English and Maths grade C and above.
