DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR, ROSEBERY

We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to enhance our esteemed Rosebery team.

As a Dining Room Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, your responsibilities will include:

Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and any concerns with professionalism.

Preparing the dining area and ensuring all mise en place is completed.

Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products, with a focus on promoting food and beverage options effectively.

Overseeing the billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In your role as a Dining Room Supervisor, you will work on a rotating shift schedule, including mornings and evenings, throughout the week. Flexibility is essential to accommodate varying shift patterns.

To excel as a Dining Room Supervisor, candidates should have prior experience in a food and beverage setting, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment. A strong guest focus, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
