We are seeking a full-time Dining Room Supervisor to become a vital part of our esteemed establishment, Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle, elegantly situated in a prime location.

Our venue spans three levels, featuring two beautifully illuminated dining areas that are centered around a stunning staircase, providing peaceful views of Green Park.

We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with an extensive à la carte menu that highlights the finest seasonal produce, primarily sourced from a dedicated network of local farmers and suppliers across the UK. Additionally, we offer a tasting menu complemented by carefully selected wine pairings on both floors.

Every item is crafted in-house whenever feasible, from charcuterie and bread to jams, juices, and pickles.

This role is compensated hourly, starting at £14.44 per hour.

As a Dining Room Supervisor, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating closely with the Head Waiter to oversee a designated section of the dining area.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of the menu and the confidence to address guest inquiries.
  • Managing components of the tasting menu, such as the cheese trolley.
  • Being knowledgeable about various types of plates and cutlery and their appropriate uses.
  • Establishing rapport with returning guests.
  • Ensuring effective communication between the dining area and the kitchen.
  • Responding respectfully and positively to requests from the Head Waiter and the management team.
