Position Overview
We are currently in search of a skilled Care Manager to oversee a caseload of clients residing in the community, each with diverse and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and revise care plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Support and supervise care staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct audits and manage documentation to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with external providers and professionals to coordinate care effectively.
- Regularly visit clients to ensure that care standards are upheld.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, serving as the primary contact for clients and caregivers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have proven experience managing complex caseloads and some managerial experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated management experience in social care, healthcare, nursing, or social work settings.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing complex caseloads and supervising staff.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, caregivers, and team members.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment.
