Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan, working closely with the support team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting children and young people with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as social work, childcare, or youth work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Full UK driving license, as travel may be required.
