About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in the management of day-to-day operations within our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of each child's plan, ensuring these plans are implemented with the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Engage in and manage the day-to-day operations of our services, including the coordination of activities and the supervision of support staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our young people.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license, as you will be required to travel to various locations as part of your role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and other professionals.
  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential or care setting.
  • A commitment to the values and principles of Aspris Children's Services Limited, including a focus on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
