We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Author to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our documentation team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality technical publications that showcase our innovative products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and online help systems, for a global audience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and ensure accurate documentation.
  3. Utilize authoring tools like Windchill, Framemaker, and Adobe Creative Studio to create, review, and approve publications.
  4. Conduct technical analysis and research to produce publications that are both accurate and user-friendly.
  5. Experience with 3D modeling software and ability to interpret technical data.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  7. Experience with engine authoring systems and graphics software is advantageous.
