We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalized programmes of study in one of our specialist schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in accessing educational programmes and activities
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
