Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA - Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Mercure Ayr Hotel on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify new leads and contacts, work with the front-of-house teams to drive engagement, and conduct sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales databases and collaborating with the wider Aimbridge Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct sales lead calls and presentations to secure new business
  • Maintain accurate sales databases and reports
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house teams to drive engagement and sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hotel sales or a related administrative field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including phone calls and meeting clients in person
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Opera and SalesForce would be beneficial
