Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic FP&A team at AJW Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and meaningful insights to key business lines and customers through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to support decision-making for responsible business areas.
  • Provide seamless business partnering and timely Management Information to aid the delivery of strategic objectives, operational performance, and financial targets.
  • Ensure key stakeholders have clear visibility and understanding of Financial Performance to enable strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate complex and challenging issues to support business understanding and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by significant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management qualities, strong communication, collaboration, networking, and leadership skills.
  • High levels of commercial acumen.
