Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve departmental performance targets.
  • Assist Business Development Managers by generating leads for regional and national employer vacancies.
  • Identify and interview potential candidates through various methods.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to promote training programs and assess community and employer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with Job Centre Plus and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
  • Provide current data on regional learner and agency requirements.
  • Evaluate candidate eligibility for relevant opportunities.
  • Utilize social media to enhance visibility of available opportunities.
  • Support initiatives aimed at candidate and employer engagement.
  • Prepare accurate reports on activity levels, candidate inquiries, and progress towards targets.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and referral partners to maximize candidate referrals and employer leads.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver exceptional Information, Advice, and Guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment and marketing events to attract candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Actively represent the organization within the local community.
  • Be open to travel across various regions to promote diverse opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Essential: Familiarity with Job Centres and referral partners.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of relevant contract areas.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Essential: Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Essential: Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Essential: Team player mentality.
  • Essential: Understanding of Skills Bootcamps and Pre-employment contracts relevant to the area.

Other Requirements:

  • Essential: Proficient in IT, particularly Excel.
