Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes in Lowestoft.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing basic personal care, assisting residents with daily tasks, ensuring they take their medication, and accompanying them to appointments.

You will also have the opportunity to engage in activities with our service users, such as board games, arts and crafts, and outings to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Accompany service users to appointments and activities
  • Engage in activities with service users, such as arts and crafts, board games, and outings
Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also have the opportunity to receive full training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
