Job Title: Specialist Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Night Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Specialist Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Specialist Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and engage in activities
  • Support individuals to gain independence in their daily lives

  • Ability to work flexibly and be resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Positive Behaviour Support plan experience
  • Reflective practice skills
