About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at D&R Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' bridging finance and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bridging finance and BTL mortgage portfolio.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, as well as those of their competitors, to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and insights to clients and partners.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development within the property finance sector (preferably bridging finance and BTL mortgages) however not a requirement. Client will look at candidates with Mortgage experience.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
