About the Role

The Supporting Education Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Primary Education recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of recruitment consultants, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the team is equipped to provide the best possible service to clients
  • Collaborate with other teams across the Supporting Education Group to share best practices and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or recruitment management role, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement changes to drive growth
  • Knowledge of the education sector and current trends and developments
