Construction Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects across the region, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead project delivery, providing advisory support from senior colleagues, and managing the consultant team and programme through all RIBA stages.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the client relationship and service delivery on a commission or project basis, ensuring excellent quality and consistent project management reporting.
- Team Management: Manage the project team internally, including resource management and wellbeing, and apply the principles of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organisation's Policies.
- Business Development: Assist with developing new business opportunities and with generating repeat business, contributing towards/leading on project governance and fee management activities.
- Qualifications: A relevant construction qualification or ample experience within the construction industry, with a fully chartered member of a professional body (i.e. RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent recognised institutional body).
- Experience: Previous experience working for a Project Management Consultancy, delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion, and managing other individuals including undertaking performance and development reviews (PDRs) and mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues.
- Skills: Strong understanding and appreciation of programme and scheduling software, sound technical health, safety, and environmental knowledge, applicable to the business and wider construction industry, and ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
