Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They will work closely with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Sound construction knowledge and experience working with subcontractors.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial construction.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to form relationships with clients and be approachable.
  • Commercial awareness and experience with project cost control.
  • Experience with concrete, cladding, and steel erection.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experienced Contracts Manager with a HND/HNC in building studies.
  • Experience in the commercial and industrial sector.
