Office Administrator Opportunity

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide holiday cover for our client's team in the Llansamlet area.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 2 weeks
  • Salary: £12 per hour
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
  • Chase outstanding invoices with customers
  • Maintain the office filing system for confidential company documents
  • Arrange deliveries and collections as required
  • Support the office Manager with customer account management
  • Liaise with the office Manager to discuss workloads and administrative needs

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment with administration duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work well with others and independently
