The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide holiday cover for our client's team in the Llansamlet area.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Salary: £12 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Chase outstanding invoices with customers
- Maintain the office filing system for confidential company documents
- Arrange deliveries and collections as required
- Support the office Manager with customer account management
- Liaise with the office Manager to discuss workloads and administrative needs
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment with administration duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well with others and independently
